Many local artists began working on painting storm drains around Springdale this week. This effort is being done to remind and inform people that each storm gutter literally drains to our local creeks. All new drains should be completed by May 20th. Look for new ones near JB Hunt Park, Emma Ave., and on the south side of the Jones Center.
