We've been hearing the rumors flying, but today it was confirmed that Tyson Foods Inc. is interested in purchasing the old Jeff Brown hatchery building (pictured here). Tyson is looking at this property to build a large, corporate office downtown. This is great news for downtown Springdale. Corporate offices means more foot traffic, more people eating in restaurants, and more shopping downtown! The Apollo is also under contract as well as 126 Emma Avenue. #holdon #herewego
